The Christmas play starring Keana and Keylan!

The children at Obed's parents church did a little play this year. The theme was Christmas around the world. All the children wore hats representing different countries and they talked about Christmas traditions around the world, while decorating a tree with things that symbolized all the different cultures and how we celebrate the same story, the birth of Jesus. They also sang Christmas songs throughout the play. At one point a little boy from the crowd climbed up on the stage to sit with his older brother. As his mother was trying to keep him off the stage, Keylan loudly announced, "Listen to your mother! You can't be up here, you're not old enough." ... Keylan is 3. It was so funny! All the kids in the play. Keana and Keylan singing Christmas carols. Decorating the tree. "Keylan you have to be quiet." We can see you Keana. All the kids singing. Their Sunday School teacher narrating the story. (Hi Keylan! ... he keeps looking at the camera) Keana and Keylan Ruth and Keana - so cute! . Wito prays for everyone and thanks God for Christmas. Wita announces that there are bags of Christmas goodies for all the children. Keylan gets some help from grandma ... thanks grandma.

Merry Christmas!

Hope all our family and friends are having a great Christmas Day! We wish you all the best. Here's some pics from our Christmas morning... there weren't too many gifts to unwrap as we were not very good at wrapping them this year... we kept giving them to each other as soon as we bought them! ... but we had a lot of fun. This was a gift from Doby ... an ornament of a puppy in a stocking to commemorate his first Christmas (...actually from Wita y Wito Castillo) ... =) Doby opened his present from Wita and Wito Castillo (Obed's parents... their grandkids call them Wita + Wito) ... a toy with 3 squeekers! We're sure to hear that some more today! Presents for Wito ... look at that "Kiwi" Tea! Presents for Wita... Doby gets some doggy treats from some of his new friends ... gingerbread doggy treat cookies shaped like snowmen and santa! Yum yum.... ... mmmm, that was good ... are there any more? ... it's a paper shredder! Just what we needed for all those important papers that were pilling up. Smile Honey! ... look at the camera Ooops! We're taking a picture? ... New shoes... sweet!
